Returns & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We offer exchanges or refunds on products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us at sales@callalove.com within 30 days of delivery and provide proof of purchase/receipt and image of the product. To be eligible for this, you must meet one of the conditions below:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival.
  • The product is broken, tarnished, or defective.
  • Ring size is incorrect.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We do not accept international Returns and Exchanges at this time.

RETURN PROCESS

Contact us at sales@callalove.com with your proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, or receipt) and an image of the product you are returning.

Our team will respond within 72 hours with a status update on the approval of your return.

*Your return must be processed by us before sending merchandise back.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label for free, as well as specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

*Items must be returned in their original condition. Returned items that show visible wear or tear are not eligible for refunds/exchanges.

If the items do not reach us in their original condition or are shipped more than 30 days after delivery, we will not process the refund or store credit.

Returns and exchanges are processed within 5 days of arrival to our facility and you’ll be credited to your original form of payment.

EXCHANGES

Each order is allowed one exchange. Exchanges are determined on a case-by-case basis and based on inventory.

Incorrect ring sizes are eligible for exchange and must arrive in their original condition. Items with visible wear or tear can not be exchanged.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or an exchange.

All purchases during sales are final sale and cannot be returned. (Exchanges are allowed for incorrect ring sizes if there is stock available).

DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives broken or damaged, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged product to receive a replacement or refund.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded for returns.

Exchanges are dependent on product availability, and items are not reserved for exchanges.

**If items do not meet the above criteria and you would still like to exchange them, we may approve the exchange and charge an exchange fee of $5 USD. Please send us an email at sales@callalove.com with your order number and reason for return request.
